If you return the item within 30 days I will gladly exchange it. If you simply did not like the item and never wore it, just return the item and I will gladly give you credit for another one. We can only exchange items that have not been worn and the tags are still attached, mailing the tag with the item once it has been pulled off will be the same as sending the item without the tag. We do not refund any money once you have received the item, we only do exchanges for different sizes or models and you would have to provide extra charges for the shipping back and forth to you again unless agreed differently. Also, if agreed only under certain circumstances, and we reserve ourselves the right to authorize a refund we will be charging a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

SHIPPING. All items are shipped mostly via USPS Priority Mail. In some instances similar shipping company or equivalent in time might be used. Some items might be in backorder and we would contact you as soon as posible to advise you and give you a choice of a similar item or a refund. If you need the item or items faster we have different options at check out at higher fees starting at $20.00 for 4-5 business days delivery and may be higher on weekends if we are able to ship the item since our warehouses and distributors do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Bare in mind our warehouse does not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays so do not count these days for shipping, (i.e. if you order 4-5 business days shipping on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a Holiday, the 4-5 or 23 business days delivery will not start counting until the next business day at 9:00 am Eastern). Our official business hours for shipping and on the fone are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern. If unable to answer your phone call, please leave a message on David's mailbox with your request and we will return your call as soon as we can. For all this options you will get a confirmation email for both the item availability and estimated arrival of the item. Also bear in mind that your order might be delayed if we need to communicate with you due to availability, discontinued items, diferent colors, etc., All these situations might delay your order but once it is determined the accuracy of your order then we will ship your items using the option you requested originally and you will still be charged accordingly, unless otherwise specified by you via email or telephone. We fulfill orders with the best of intentions and trying to be as accurate as posible. If you do not specify that you are in no hurry after you had ordered using a higher option for any reason you will also be charged according with the option you chose originally even if that means getting the items much later due to availability in one or more items on your order unless you ask us to ship the AVAILABLE items anyway. Please email for any questions about shipping. The best way of avoiding misunderstandings is communicating with us via email of telephone. We are not responsible for delays due to situations or problems out of our control when shipping such as inclement weather, transportation and shipping companies technical dificulties such as mechanical problems, work stoppage or plain negligency. We will work with you to give you the best options.
